Will it look exactly like my dog?

The design is inspired by your photos and uses a playful miniature style. Coat colors, ears and expressions may be represented, but it is not an exact or photorealistic replica. The supplied examples show the range of handmade results.

Which photos should I prepare?

Choose well-lit, unfiltered photos showing the face, full body and distinctive markings. For the clearest reference, include front and side views without cropping the ears or paws.

Can you make every dog breed?

The examples include curly-coated, upright-eared and long-haired dogs. Suitability, complex coat patterns and unusual designs need to be confirmed from your photos before an order is accepted.

How long does it take?

Allow approximately 10–12 calendar days for production and preparation before international dispatch, beginning after suitable photos and required details are received. U.S. transit time varies by destination and shipping service. This is a preparation estimate, not a delivery promise.

Where does my keepsake ship from?

Production and packing take place in China, followed by international shipping to the United States. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Transit times and any applicable import charges depend on location and shipping service.

Are the accessories shown included?

Not automatically. Collars, bows, name tags and other details shown in the supplied examples require confirmation for your particular design.
